Ann, a prior Ecotec client, approached us with the intention of upgrading her terrace door. Following our established inquiry protocol, we created a customized quote based on the provided dimensions. With a very hectic schedule Ann was eager to get the site surveyed and door installed as soon as possible. After a few conversations regarding the product, once the client was ready to place the order, we placed it.

In an additional accommodation, Ann sought direct delivery to the installer, who would retrieve the items on the day of installation. Unfortunately, unexpected road closures on the delivery day posed a logistical challenge. Acting promptly, Ecotec rerouted the delivery to a local address, averting any potential disruption. Acknowledging Ann's restricted availability on Fridays, our flexible installer adjusted his schedule to suit her needs. The client conveyed her contentment with the new unit, contemplating further enhancements by considering the replacement of another unit on her property.
