The journey commenced when the clients visited our showroom, eager to explore our products. After discussing their aspirations, we crafted tailored initial plans. However, as construction unfolded, they encountered significant delays that impacted the timeline. When the project was ready to advance, the clients returned to the showroom to finalise their selections.

During this phase, we uncovered a technical issue related to the structural details. Their vision prominently featured curtain walling, necessitating careful structural calculations. Collaborating closely with the architect and utilising CAD technology, we produced detailed structural drawings, ensuring our designs would seamlessly integrate with the existing plans.

Throughout the process, our team maintained constant communication with both the client and builder to align on the progression of the build. We organised site visits to address any issues with the builder, facilitating the stonework around the large openings.

Ultimately, we ensured the structural integrity of the design while maintaining the desired aesthetic appeal. The video below showcases the work in progress.
