Following a quote from us, Helen and partner visited our showroom in Manvers, to look at the options in more detail. Wanting to find the perfect match for her existing units, a brand now exclusively available in Ireland.

After a thoughtful exploration of options, they decided on Internorm windows with integrated blinds and a VELFAC door.

Once the client approved the quotation, our installer conducted a site survey, laying the groundwork for the transformative changes to come. However, the intricacies of their vision went beyond the standard offerings, particularly in the placement of the letterplate. To accommodate this special request, a bespoke drawing was crafted by Velfac, awaiting the client's approval.

As the project progressed, managing units with different lead times from separate suppliers required coordination to ensure minimal disruption to both the client and her neighbors. The Ecotec team worked closely with the logistics partners of both suppliers and the installation team, ensuring a seamless and successful completion of the project.
