Jenny contacted Ecotec in 2019, looking specifically for composite doors and windows to replace her existing ones, planned in separate phases. However, the project faced setbacks due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus. Undeterred, Jenny re-engaged with us in May 2022 to resume the project.
After receiving a quote from us, Jenny decided to move forward and placed the order. Our installer, Sami, conducted a site visit for final measurements before finalizing the order. The project was successfully completed, leaving Jenny as a highly satisfied customer. Currently, she has initiated the order for the second phase of her project, reflecting the success achieved in the initial phase.
