In their quest for a more energy-efficient home, Sara and Dan partnered with Ecotec, initially focusing on high-quality windows as part of their broader plan for insulation and a heat management system.

Introduced to Ecotec via our partner Internorm in February 2022, the process began with a showroom visit and a detailed quote, laying the groundwork for a transformative journey.

As their plans evolved, Sara and Dan revisited in March 2023, ready to proceed with the redevelopment. A requote for adjusted requirements and a showroom visit followed, with only the colour palette left undecided.

Once the order process began, our installation engineer conducted a precise site survey. Midway through production, changes were requested, including trickle vents and alterations to frame colours. Ecotec seamlessly accommodated these modifications, resulting in a brief production delay that allowed the clients to add an extra unit at no additional delivery cost. Throughout these changes, Ecotec continued to delivery excellent customer service - tracking and validating each adjustment to ensure a smooth process for Sara and Dan.

Acknowledging the narrow alleyway to the house, the client requested the installer to be on-site during delivery, along with their builder. We coordinated this seamlessly, establishing a mutually convenient delivery and installation date.

The journey, spanning two years, concluded with the installation of dream windows, ensuring Sara and Dan a thermally efficient home and a satisfying experience. Our dedication to exceptional outcomes was evident in our resilience and commitment throughout the project.
